BRANDT Foundation to Donate $100,000 for Hurricane Ian Relief

BRANDT and Affiliated Companies Come Together to Support Florida Families through American Red Cross after Storm’s Devastation

Tampa, Florida (October 26, 2022) – Working together with BRANDT and its affiliated companies, The BRANDT Foundation has raised over $100,000 for the victims of Hurricane Ian. The money will be presented to The American Red Cross of Central Florida in early November.

Funds were raised from the employees and companies of BRANDT, Rev1, Precision Build (Tampa Tank, Florida Structural Steel and Precision Tank) and TradeMark Nitrogen.

“I am incredibly proud of how these companies and the extended Team BRANDT family came together to help those who were—in many cases—wiped out by this hurricane,” said Rick Brandt, President & CEO of BRANDT. “Thanks to the American Red Cross’ boots on the ground, we’re going to be able to make a difference for a lot of folks who are really hurting.

Contributions were raised from employees, customers and partners across the country from Tampa, FL to Fresno, CA. Each of the companies involved made significant matching donations to help all personal donations go farther. The BRANDT Foundation also provided seed and matching funds, supporting its mission to help the nationwide communities in which BRANDT operates.

"We raised over $100,000 in just over three weeks: That’s the power of Team BRANDT,” said Rick Brandt.

The BRANDT Foundation is working with the American Red Cross, Tampa Bay chapter, to schedule a ceremonial check presentation.
